Luke Haugo brings NFL-sized upside to Arizona’s QB room
Haugo is a 6-foot-5, pro-style quarterback with a strong recruiting pedigree: a three-star prospect and Arizona’s No. 12 QB in the state, plus a top in-state 2025 signal-caller coming out of Higley High School. In his high school career, he threw for 3,639 yards and 38 touchdowns over 22 varsity games, averaging 165.4 passing yards per game and 13.5 yards per completion—good signs of downfield feel and efficiency. The bigger selling point is fit: he adds size, arm talent, and developmental upside to Arizona’s quarterback room, even if there’s still plenty of projection in his game.
