Makhi Jackson brings proven big-play ability and veteran WR polish to Delaware
Jackson is a 6-foot, 203-pound senior receiver whose best trait is efficiency: he flashed vertical-play upside at Appalachian State with 46 catches for 745 yards and 5 touchdowns in the 2024 season, then added 90 rushing yards and a score on only five carries, showing he can be used creatively. He is a productive, multi-use target rather than just a possession receiver, and his recent production suggests a fit for teams that want a reliable downfield threat with some gadget value. His 2025 stop in a smaller role was quiet, so the appeal is more about his established playmaking track record and versatility than raw volume.[1][2][10][5]
