Nick Turner brings steady freshman-era production and special-teams grit to Grambling State’s secondary
In the 2024 season, Grambling State DB Nick Turner posted 13 tackles (10 solo, 3 assists) and appeared in the Tigers’ defensive rotation as a freshman, with ESPN listing him at 5'10", 170 pounds and active on the roster. His appeal is less flashy stat-chasing and more dependable, physical depth: a compact defensive back who can tackle, stay engaged, and give a staff a young, moldable piece in the secondary. If you want upside plus toughness, he’s a name worth tracking.
