Ava Schill gives Green Bay a steady, strike-throwing left? right-handed? arm? actually a workhorse in the circle
Ava Schill is Green Bay’s dependable innings-eater in the circle, with 2026 conference-play numbers showing a 4.06 ERA over 31.0 innings, 17 strikeouts, and the second-lowest ERA in Horizon League games among qualified pitchers. She also showed upside in big moments, including a complete-game shutout in 2024 and a 2026 tournament stretch where she handled 18.2 innings for a 3.37 ERA. For a roster fit, she profiles as a competitive, usable starter who can keep games close and give a staff stability more than overpowering stuff.
