Art Williams is Idaho’s compact, explosive RB who keeps flashing big-play juice
In the 2025 season, Idaho RB Art Williams has shown the kind of downhill burst and tackle-breaking pop that can tilt a game, highlighted by a 144-yard career night against Utah Tech and a strong early-season scoring impact. He’s a 5-foot-11, 205-pound redshirt sophomore from Meridian, Idaho, and the vibe from Idaho coverage is that he’s becoming a featured back rather than just a rotational piece. The fit? Good for teams wanting a physical runner with home-run ability and momentum; less ideal if you need a pure home-run track sprinter or a polished pass-catching centerpiece.
