size-first UNCW center with board-crashing upside
Trey Kalina is a true **paint presence** for UNCW, built around size, rebounding, and low-post physicality rather than high-volume scoring. In his listed college production, ESPN shows modest offensive output, but his value comes from being a tough interior body who can battle on the glass and make smaller defenders pay inside; UNCW’s roster note also points to his high-school résumé of **14.0 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 4.2 blocks**, a sign of rim protection and activity. If you need a rugged, role-clear big who adds length, rebounding, and defensive deterrence, he fits the bill.
