Reagan Towns keeps cashing in as Murray State’s clutch infield bat
In the 2026 season, Reagan Towns emerged as a run-producing spark for Murray State, finishing with a team-high 30 RBI and batting .282 while earning Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Week honors on April 28[10][4]. She brings a sneaky valuable mix of contact, situational hitting, and clutch execution — including her first career double, a two-run double, and a sacrifice fly in a key sweep — which makes her more than a box-score name[4][5]. At 5-foot-6, she looks like the kind of steady, high-motor infielder who fits a team that wants timely offense and grit.
