Kalen Carroll is a rangy, playmaking DB who’s earned All-MAC respect
In the 2025 season, Kalen Carroll emerged as one of Central Michigan’s most reliable defensive backs, starting all 13 games and posting strong ball production with pass breakups, interceptions, and a forced fumble; he was also named first-team All-MAC. At 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, he brings the length and coverage range teams want on the perimeter, plus proven experience after 18 career games with 13 starts at Cincinnati before transferring in. The appeal is simple: Carroll looks like a mature, plug-and-play corner with real takeaway upside and enough experience to handle high-leverage snaps.
