Brady St. Pierre brings late-inning bite, now with starter upside
St. Pierre is one of SE Louisiana’s most intriguing arms because he already proved he can miss bats and handle pressure: in the 2025 season, he led the Southland with 9 saves, struck out 35 hitters in 32.1 innings, and held opponents to a .202 average while earning Southland Relief Pitcher of the Year and Freshman All-America honors[1][2]. In 2026, he also flashed starter traits, including a seven-inning, one-hit gem with eight strikeouts, and summer reports from Cape Cod described a 1.15 ERA across four starts[3][4]. With a low-to-mid-90s fastball and high-spin breaking ball, he looks like a competitive, high-leverage arm who could fit teams that value intensity and swing-and-miss stuff[5].
