Cornell’s innings-eating ace with big-game upside
In the 2026 season, Covelli has been Cornell’s workhorse in the circle, including a complete-game win over Yale on March 14 and a 5-3 mark at one point before the grind of Ivy play hit harder later in the spring. She brings poise, durability, and strike-throwing stretches that can stabilize a staff, but the profile also shows some volatility—wild pitches, walk issues, and a few short outings under pressure. If you want a competitor who can take the ball, battle, and give your team a chance on a good day, she absolutely warrants attention.
