Braxton Brooks brings two-way upside and veteran transfer polish to West Georgia
Braxton Brooks is a 2026 junior outfielder/arm for West Georgia whose value shows up in versatility, not just box-score flash: at UAB in 2025, he appeared in 20 games with 12 starts, hit .250, added a first collegiate homer, and chipped in nine runs and three RBI, while his earlier work also included pitching reps and a win in relief. In 2026, he’s listed on UWG’s roster as a 6-foot-1, 200-pound right-handed transfer, and his appeal is the combo of power potential, athletic frame, and plug-and-play flexibility for a team that wants roster efficiency.
