Cedric Council Jr. brings Coppin State a rugged, low-ego frontcourt presence
Cedric Council Jr. projects as a hard-nosed forward who fits teams that value defense, rebounding, and mature energy over empty-calorie flash. The available Coppin State roster page lists him without current season stats, so there’s no verified 2026 production to cite here, but his profile points to the kind of player who can anchor possessions with effort, toughness, and reliability. If your team needs a selfless, physically dependable piece who does the dirty work and won’t hijack the offense, he’s worth a serious look.
