Rising Assistant Coach, Not Active Savannah State Tigers Player
No current player named Brian Pearson appears on the Savannah State Tigers roster or recent stats; the most relevant Brian Pearson is a promising young coach who served as Iowa State graduate assistant during their stellar 2024-25 season (29-8 record, Big 12 champs, Sweet 16 run, perfect 18-0 home), then assisted at D-II Drury before joining UNI as Director of Basketball Operations in April 2026. Known for player development from his Cyclone roots, he's a high-energy staffer with Big 12 pedigree—ideal for teams seeking sharp, motivated assistants, not frontline talent.
