Gracie Walters brings ace-level swing-and-miss stuff to Portland State after a no-hitter surge
Walters has emerged as a true frontline arm for Portland State, highlighted by a seven-inning no-hitter against Montana and a weekend line of 11.1 innings, a 0.62 ERA, and just a .031 opponent batting average in April 2025. A redshirt senior right-hander, she pairs proven strikeout ability with poise in high-leverage moments, and her resume includes NJCAA All-American honors plus record-setting work at College of Southern Idaho. She looks like a fit for teams that value a battle-tested, command-oriented pitcher who can change a game in one start.
