Branden Shaffa is a 6-foot-4, 190-pound junior wide receiver for St. Thomas (MN) who brings the kind of length and catch-radius NFL-ish frame coaches love, but his official college résumé is still light: he redshirted in 2023 and did not appear in a game in 2024. That makes him more of a developmental upside play than a proven production piece right now, so the appeal is ceiling, not box-score fireworks.
