Ehi Okojie Powers UMBC with Team-Leading Home Run Stroke in 2026 Season
The 6'0" outfielder is UMBC's offensive catalyst in 2026, leading the Retrievers with nine home runs through late April. Okojie combines legitimate power production with strong arm strength (recorded at 91 mph) and solid athleticism. While his overall batting average sits modest, his ability to impact games with the long ball and defensive versatility makes him an intriguing prospect for teams seeking a power-hitting outfielder with upside. His trajectory suggests a player still developing consistency at the college level.
