In the 2024-25 season, Raylin Grant played in 19 games and made five starts as a true freshman for College of Coastal Georgia, averaging 3.5 points per game while shooting 33% from the field, with his role expanding because of team injuries.[2][3] The appeal is his guard pedigree and upside: he already earned meaningful minutes early, can handle added usage, and has shown enough scoring burst in high school to suggest more is there, but right now his best fit is as a developmental guard who must improve shot efficiency and consistency to become a reliable rotation piece.[2][4][5]
