Momen Zahid brings size, burst, and veteran production to W&M’s front
In the 2024 season, Momen Zahid was a productive, high-upside William & Mary defensive lineman whose profile stands out for length, athleticism, and pass-rush pop; the preseason staff called him an “extremely talented, productive end” who could play more early downs. He had already shown splash-play ability with 4.5 sacks across his first two seasons, and his 2024 return was notable because he did not appear in any games. Off the field, he’s been recognized for strong academics and a bio/data science background, which adds some serious brainpower to the bend-and-bull-rush package.
