Tommi Hill brings ball skills, physicality, and special-teams value — but health is the swing factor
Hill is a strong fit for a defense that wants a physical, instinctive DB who can make plays on the ball and contribute on special teams: in 2023 he earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors with four interceptions and nine pass breakups, and in 2024 he still produced an interception returned for a touchdown despite being limited to seven games by a foot injury. He stands out for his toughness, return ability, and playmaking upside, but teams should care most about his medical outlook and whether he can stay on the field at full speed.
