Deontaye Buskey brings steady two-way guard play with proven experience
Buskey is a savvy, experienced guard whose value goes beyond box scores: in the 2020-21 season at Charleston Southern, he missed the year because of injury, but before that he was a high-minute, high-impact contributor who posted 6.2 points per game in 2018-19 and 3.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.2 steals per game in 2019-20. He’s a tough, active defender who can handle the ball, rebound from the guard spot, and knock down open threes, which makes him a useful fit if your team wants older-guard steadiness, versatility, and a player who has already shown he can accept a role and produce.
