5'10" WAC All-Star with Elite Scoring Instincts and Proven Resilience
Dedrick Basile is a high-intensity, 5'10" point guard who differentiates himself with elite scoring versatility despite his size, averaging 12.3 PPG, 3.4 APG, and shooting 37.7% from three during his 2016-17 senior season at Cal State Bakersfield [1][5][7]. As a two-time All-WAC selection and career-high 27-point scorer against Seattle, he brings a 'small-but-mighty' mentality, relentless drive, and the ability to create his own shot in tight spaces [5][10]. His accolades include being the 2021 Icelandic Cup MVP, proving he thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to professional defenses [6]. You should care because Basile offers a rare combination of guard vision, scoring punch, and championship-tested resilience; he is an ideal fit for teams needing a high-energy, self-starting guard who can elevate offensive intensity immediately without needing a massive role to produce.
