Hannah Leierer brings proven strikeout stuff and rotation upside to Belmont
In the 2024 season at Campbell, Leierer went 5-8 with a 2.87 ERA over 100.0 innings, showing the kind of left?wait—right-handed? [No position hand not provided] arm that can handle a starter’s workload while missing bats (59 strikeouts) and limiting damage (.225 opponent batting average). Belmont’s 2026 roster notes she was a 2024 CAA All-Rookie Team selection and a high-school ace at Kingwood Park, where she set school career records for strikeouts (449), wins (53) and innings pitched. She looks like a competitive, battle-tested addition with legitimate rotation value.
