Avery Seva brings grit, academic polish, and midweek upside to Santa Clara's circle
Avery Seva is a right-sized, team-first junior pitcher for Santa Clara who has shown she can eat innings and deliver when she’s on: in the 2025 season she earned WCC Pitcher of the Week after a complete-game win over UC Santa Barbara, and her 2026 line shows a 2-0 record with 26.1 innings for the Broncos. The differentiator here is poise and competitiveness more than pure overpowering stuff—she’s also a repeat academic honoree, which usually tracks with coachable, dependable players. If you want a savvy arm with upside in the right matchup, she’s worth a look.
