Mason Pike brings two-way upside and frontline arm talent to Oregon State
Pike arrives in Corvallis as a polished two-way athlete, but the separator is the arm: he’s been praised for a lively fastball that has reached the mid-to-upper 90s, a sharp slider, and serious spin efficiency, while also showing legit pop at the plate. In his 2025 senior season, he posted eye-popping prep numbers, including a 0.84 ERA and 112 strikeouts in 66 2/3 innings, and he earned Washington Gatorade Player of the Year honors. If Oregon State wants a high-ceiling competitor with strike-throwing ability and real MLB-caliber traits, Pike is absolutely a fun fit.
