Siena’s Freshman Corner-Infielder Making Noise Early
In the 2026 season, Scott Lynch has already flashed impact-bat upside for Siena, earning MAAC Rookie of the Week after hitting .333 with four runs scored in an opening conference series, then following with a three-hit, two-RBI game and a solo homer in early-season action. He looks like a contact-first infielder with pop, clutch at-bats, and enough polish to contribute immediately. The big takeaway: he’s not just a local success story—he’s already translating decorated high-school production into college results.
