Freshman CB Will Wilson III brings Campbell size, speed, and active upside
Will Wilson III is a 2026 freshman cornerback at Campbell listed at 5-10, 175 pounds, with an active roster status and no major public stat line yet, which usually means the real story is projection, not production[3][5]. His appeal is his compact frame and developmental upside at a position where quick feet, confidence, and recoverability matter more than flash; at this stage, he looks like a fit for a staff willing to coach up a young, physical defender with room to grow into a bigger role[3][4][13].
