Arkansas’s Elite LHP with Team-Best SO/9 and Career-High 9 Ks
Cole Gibler, the Arkansas Razorbacks’ standout left-handed pitcher, delivered a career-high nine strikeouts in 5.1 innings during his fourth start of the 2025 season, cementing his status as the team’s most dominant reliever with a 17.4 SO/9—the best on the roster. Ranked No. 72 overall by Prep Baseball Report in the 2024 class, Gibler brings a rare 5-pitch mix, including a newly added sinker, and an intensity level that rivals Gerrit Cole’s 2024 resurgence. His personality is marked by quiet confidence and relentless preparation, making him a perfect fit for high-pressure teams seeking a clutch, data-driven LHP with minimal injury history and elite strikeout ability.
