6'7" Lefty with Projectable Frame, Zero College Stats Yet
Carter Sellers is a 6'7", 230-lb left-handed pitcher for the Illinois State Redbirds whose primary differentiator is his massive, projectable frame that generates natural downward plane and intimidation at the plate [8][9]. While official college statistics are currently unavailable as he has not yet recorded game data for the Redbirds [6], his high school profile from Little Miami (OH) highlights a 6'3"/190-lb projectable build with a fastball topping 84 mph [1][7]. Sellers brings a 3.7 GPA and a disciplined, high-intensity approach, suggesting strong coachability and mental toughness [8]. For teams seeking a long-term developmental arm with elite physical tools rather than immediate production, Sellers is a high-upside fit; however, if you need a proven performer right now, he is not yet ready, as his college performance remains untested.
