Jack McVeigh brings pro-ready shooting touch and polished wing skills to Nebraska
McVeigh is a **6-foot-8 forward** who stands out for his **floor spacing, shot-making, and versatile perimeter game**, traits that helped him translate to the pro level after Nebraska. He had a brief NBA stint in 2024-25 and has continued producing in summer-league settings, including a 21-point outing with four made threes and all-around contributions, which reinforces his value as a ready-made scoring forward rather than just a specialist. His appeal is simple: he can stretch defenses, make smart role-player reads, and add mature, pro-level composure to a roster.
