Mark Ross brings pop and contact skills to Central Arkansas
Mark Ross is a right-handed infielder with legit middle-of-the-order upside, pairing proven high-school production with real game power and speed: at Glendale High in 2024 he hit .430 with 5 home runs, 20 steals and a .500 OBP, and Central Arkansas has already seen him impact games this spring with extra-base punch, including a homer in a 14-7 win over Bellarmine.[6][3] The differentiator is his bat: he looks like a competitive, high-energy run producer who can help a lineup in multiple ways, and his background suggests he’s a polished, attack-minded player rather than a pure tools bet.[6][7]
