Cornell RHP Max Foster brings projectable arm strength and pitch mix upside
Max Foster is a right-handed pitcher for Cornell whose appeal is his **raw arm talent**: scouting data has shown a fastball up to **87 mph** with a changeup and curveball in his mix, giving him a starter’s foundation rather than a one-pitch profile.[1][2] Cornell’s 2025 roster notes he made his lone appearance in a season-opening upset over No. 17 Duke, which suggests the staff trusted him in a high-leverage setting.[3] He looks like a fit for teams valuing **developmental upside**, athleticism, and feel for multiple pitches over immediate polish.[1][2][3]
