Nick Fox is swinging a hot bat for CCSU in 2026
In the 2026 season, Central Connecticut infielder Nick Fox has been a real spark plug: he’s listed at a .361 batting average with 35 hits, 18 runs and 20 RBI, and he also picked up NEC Player of the Week honors on April 21. He brings a contact-first, timely-hit profile with enough pop to leave the yard, plus some baserunning value. Add in the fact that he’s already been used in big spots and even showed up in collegiate summer ball, and you’ve got a guy who looks competitive, versatile, and coach-friendly.
