Patson Siame

a long, physical interior prospect with real shot-blocking pop

Patson Siame stands out as a 6-foot-11 rim protector from Zambia who, in his 2014-15 LMU season, averaged 5.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 25 blocks in 24 games while starting 11 times. He showed real usefulness as a paint defender and had double-figure scoring games against Pepperdine, Pacific, and San Diego, but earlier scouting also flagged a need for added strength and noted an ankle injury at the Hoop Summit. For a team that wants size, length, and deterrence inside, he brings upside; for a team needing ruggedness and availability, that medical/physical context matters.
