Hailey Stripling brings contact bat, versatility, and steady Rutgers value
Stripling has been a useful Rutgers piece with **defensive versatility** and a contact-first profile, and in the **2026 season** she was batting **.258** in Rutgers’ cumulative stats while also delivering run-producing moments like an RBI hit in a big inning against Lehigh and a game-winning run against Hofstra in 2025. She looks like a fit for teams that value flexibility, competitiveness, and reliable at-bats more than power, though her profile suggests more glue-player impact than middle-of-the-order upside.
