Karew Lamoureux brings defense-first bite and outside touch to Minot State
Lamoureux is a redshirt freshman guard at Minot State who’s best known for toughness, quickness, and taking on difficult defensive assignments; as a high school player, she was praised for physical on-ball defense, second on her Minot High team in steals, and for adding enough offensive punch to hit outside shots or attack inside. She redshirted at Minot State in 2025-26 and enters 2026-27 still largely an upside-and-role-player fit, especially for a team that values perimeter defense, effort, and a guard who does the dirty work with some floor-spacing juice.
