Justin Lopez adds middle-infield speed and contact skills for Florida A&M
Justin Lopez is a sophomore infielder for Florida A&M whose profile points to a defense-first, up-the-middle fit: he’s listed at 6'0", 170 and is described as bringing middle-infield speed, hands, and base-running juice. His 2026 production has been modest so far (.176 average with 1 home run and 2 RBI), but that stat line does not fully capture his value if your team needs range, athleticism, and functional versatility in the infield. He looks like the kind of player whose best traits show up in movement, defense, and pressure on the bases rather than pure power.
