versatile NAU forward with size, pedigree, and a real utility-forward profile
Twombly is a 6-5, 200-pound forward from Encinitas who was tagged as an All-CIF First Team performer in high school and committed to Northern Arizona as a versatile piece who could help in multiple areas[1][2]. What makes him worth watching is less flashy box-score stuff and more the multi-purpose fit: size on the wing, enough strength to battle physically, and the kind of do-everything profile coaches like when they need lineup flexibility[1][2]. He looks like a player whose value comes from matching energy, versatility, and role acceptance—good traits if a team needs a glue guy rather than a volume scorer[2].
