Jake Lankie is a live-armed Georgia Tech bullpen piece with upside, but the results are still catching up
In the 2025 season, Jake Lankie pitched 10.1 innings for Georgia Tech with a 6.10 ERA and 12 strikeouts, then entered the 2026 season as a right-handed reliever on the Yellow Jackets’ roster. He looks like a development arm: a 6-foot-2, 191-200 pound RHP who can miss bats, but the early college line shows command and run-prevention growing pains. If you want a projectable bullpen fit with room to rise, he’s interesting; if you need instant shutdown certainty, he’s not that guy yet.
