Jerimiah Treadaway brings burst and track-speed upside to Tennessee State’s backfield
In the 2026 season, Tennessee State RB Jerimiah Treadaway has been an early rotational piece, with 4 carries for 9 rushing yards and 1 catch for 8 yards through the first two games, plus a 10-yard outing in the opener and a tough (-1)-yard rushing game at Georgia. His real appeal is the profile: a 5-9, 195-pound back with verified high-school production of 1,219 rushing yards, 21 TDs and 10.2 yards per carry, plus sprint speed from track. He looks like a slashing, change-of-pace runner with upside if TSU can create space.
