In the 2025-26 season, Lauren Friedrich emerged as a trusted all-around weapon for Columbia College, averaging 9.6 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.0 blocks while shooting 40.6% from three and ranking second in the AMC in three-point percentage.[13] She also earned Third Team All-Conference and Sixth Woman of the Year honors, which says plenty about her impact off the bench and her ability to swing games with spacing, toughness and timely scoring.[13] She’s a strong fit for teams that want a versatile wing who can stretch the floor, rebound, and bring competitive edge without needing the ball to be the whole show.[7][13]
