Xavier McCoury brings left-handed infield depth with upside
Xavier McCoury is a freshman INF at Liberty from Providence HS in Charlotte, and his profile suggests a compact, athletic middle-infield type with a left-handed bat and right-handed arm that can add defensive versatility. He was recognized by Perfect Game as a nationally ranked high-school prospect, which points to real amateur pedigree and upside rather than just raw roster filler.[2][3] For a team, he’s intriguing if you want a young infielder who could develop into a reliable, adaptable piece; the biggest question is how quickly his game translates to the college level.[2][3]
