Coastal Carolina’s speedy depth back with sneaky upside
Breyahn Townsend is a 2026 redshirt junior RB at Coastal Carolina who brings a compact 5-11, 195-pound frame, good burst, and usable speed—EA Sports tagged him with 86 speed and 88 acceleration for College Football 26. In 2025, he was a rotational piece, logging 29 rushing yards on 7 carries with 1 reception for 9 yards, so the production is still light, but the athletic profile says there’s more juice here than the box score shows. He looks like a fit if you want a developmental back who can hit a crease fast and contribute in a depth role while adding special-teams value.
