Calen Scheider brings a high-strikeout arm and starter-level durability to Bradley
Scheider profiles as a right-handed pitcher who already showed frontline poise in high school, going 7-3 with a 2.40 ERA and 82 strikeouts in 61.1 innings, and he has carried that strike-throwing upside into Bradley’s roster.[3][1] Prep Baseball listed him at up to 90 mph with an 85.3–89.5 mph fastball range, suggesting he has a real power foundation for the college level.[4] For a team, the appeal is a competitive pitcher with swing-and-miss ability, innings durability, and a track record of helping win, though he still looks like a developing arm rather than a finished product.[3][4]
