steady, accurate long snapper with future-value upside for William & Mary
In the 2025 season, William & Mary described Joseph Williams as a true freshman long snapper who is “consistent and accurate” and showed collegiate-level potential after a standout career at Lafayette High School in Williamsburg, Va.[1] He’s the kind of specialist coaches love: low-drama, reliable, and built on repeatable execution rather than highlight-reel flash. At 6-foot-0 and 200 pounds, he profiles as a dependable fit for a program that values precision and consistency in the kicking game.[1][3]
