Veteran Righty Still Battling in New Mexico State’s Bullpen
Ramos is a right-handed pitcher for New Mexico State who brings experience and innings value, but his 2026 numbers show a work-in-progress profile rather than a finished product; the Aggies list him at 6.86 ERA with a 1-2 record, while D1Baseball’s split data shows he has been used in relief and has handled around 9 innings in conference/home reporting. [5][6] The “three up, three down” note against Arizona State suggests he can still flash clean frames when his command is on, making him a fit for teams that want a veteran arm with some upside and are comfortable developing consistency and strike-throwing reliability.
