Elijah Gonzales brings steady two-way guard play and real playmaking feel to ULM
Gonzales is a 5'11" senior guard for ULM who has shown himself as a reliable connector, averaging 7.1 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.9 steals per game in his second season with the Warhawks, with his value coming more from pace control, defensive activity and balance than pure scoring flash. [7][8] He looks like a fit for teams that need a tough, unselfish guard who competes on both ends and can impact winning even without high-volume shot creation. [7][8]
