Daniel Hurtt brings proven scoring punch and veteran size to MVSU’s frontcourt
Hurtt is a physically experienced forward who has shown he can score in volume and rebound his position, with his best documented production coming in college seasons where he posted double-digit points and solid board work. He also brings a battle-tested résumé from high school, where he was a high-volume scorer, which suggests a player comfortable carrying offense when needed. The key question for fit is consistency: if MVSU wants an older frontcourt piece who can finish, battle inside, and supply scoring bursts, Hurtt has the profile; if they need elite rim protection or stretch shooting, that is less clear from the available data.
