Tia Shikar brings versatility and proven winning pedigree to Drexel
In the 2025 season, Tia Shikar played in 10 games for Drexel, starting at shortstop, and posted a .100 batting average with 2 hits in 20 at-bats while also making one pitching appearance against Princeton. The bigger takeaway is her all-around profile: a 5-foot-9 utility player with defensive flexibility, a right-handed bat and arm, and a championship background from Watchung Hills Regional, where she helped win New Jersey Group 4 titles in 2022 and 2024. She’s a low-ego, multi-position depth piece with upside if her bat catches up to her defensive value.
