Patrick Nichols brings veteran linebacker steadiness to Fordham's defense
In the 2025 season, Patrick Nichols is listed as a senior linebacker at Fordham at 6-foot-0, 205 pounds, with the Rams noting he returned after not seeing action as a junior, which makes him more of a developmental and depth story than a stat-sheet star so far.[5][12] His appeal is the reliable, blue-collar linebacker profile: experienced, physically compact, and positioned in a room Fordham highlighted for its returning senior leadership, while outside services also describe him as a steady, low-flash value add.[4][10][12]
