Brown freshman Luke Sidwell brings versatile infield/outfield depth and a proven high-on-base summer bat
Luke Sidwell enters Brown as a versatile **INF/OF** option with a profile that fits a roster needing flexibility and contact-plus-on-base production. Brown lists him on its 2027 baseball roster, and his summer 2025 line with the Massachusetts Hurricanes showed a **.261 batting average** and an eye-catching **.541 on-base percentage**, which suggests he can help extend innings even when the batting average is modest.[1] He also arrives with multi-sport competitiveness and Boston-area baseball pedigree from Franklin, which adds to his value as a high-effort, adaptable piece.[4]
